Through the Platform, we (Hair Everywhere Mobile Salons, INC and its affiliate (distribution) partners) provide an online platform through which Suppliers can advertise their products and services for booking or marketing their business, and through which visitors to the Platform can make such bookings. By booking a appointment through any of Hair Everywhere Mobile Salons, INC platforms, you enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with the Supplier with which you make a appointment or purchase a product or service (as applicable). From the point at which you make your booking, we act solely as an intermediary between you and the Supplier, transmitting the details of your reservation to the relevant Supplier(s). Hair Everywhere Mobile Salons, INC holds no legal responsibility for how Suppliers conduct and implement business.

When rendering our services, the information that we disclose is based on the information provided to us by Suppliers. As such, the Suppliers are are fully responsible for updating all rates, availability and other information which is displayed on our Platform. Although we will use reasonable skill and care in performing our services we will not verify if, and cannot guarantee that, all information is accurate, complete or correct, nor can we be held responsible for any errors (including typographical errors), any interruptions (whether due to any (temporary and/or partial) breakdown, repair, upgrade or maintenance of our Platform or otherwise), inaccurate, misleading or untrue information or non-delivery of information. Each Supplier remains responsible at all times for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the (descriptive) information (including the rates and availability) displayed on our Platform. Our Platform does not constitute and should not be regarded as a recommendation or endorsement of the quality, service level, qualification or (star) rating of any Supplier (or its facilities, venue, products or services) made available.

 

2. Prices:

Sometimes cheaper rates are available on our Platforms for a specific  product or service, however, these rates made available by Suppliers may carry special restrictions and conditions, for example non-cancelable and non-refundable. Please check the relevant product, service and details thoroughly for any such terms and conditions  prior to booking your appointment.

4. Monthly and Yearly RateS For "Mobile Booth Rentals" Leases:

​

All Mobile Booth Rental Leases include: Customized ad campaigns, "Hyper-location Target Marketing", "Location Lock" ("Location Lock" provides suppliers with it's own button in the app with the location(s) they lease and a 100% guarantee of zero competition throughout Hair Everywhere Mobile Salons Platforms, both website and mobile app). Suppliers are provided with one free "Success Call" per month and a analytic breakdown of their ad and marketing performance for the months cycle.

Some Leasing agreements include bookkeeping with "Vision Consulting Group". Vision Consulting Group is a 3rd party corporation. Hair Everywhere Mobile Salons, INC is not responsible for how business is conducted through this 3rd party provider. Any questions, concerns, legal issues should be resolved directly with them.

 

Monthly rates apply to all "Monthly Mobile Booth Rentals" Leases who operate through the Hair Everywhere Mobile Salons Booking System (website and mobile app) , that contract is for Monthly, Mobile Booth Rentals. All suppliers whether booking Monthly or Yearly shall have the right to operate their mobile salon business with a 100% guarantee of non-compete through Hair Everywhere Mobile Salons mobile app and website, to operate said location contracted as a business open to the public.

All Monthly Mobile Booth Rental Leases are not refundable but may be canceled at any time. In the event that any Mobile Booth Rental Lease is terminated (Monthly or Yearly), their location becomes available for Lease again through Hair Everywhere Mobile Salons mobile app and website.

Yearly rates apply to all "Yearly Mobile Booth Rental" Leases who operate though the Hair Everywhere Mobile Salons Booking System (website and mobile app), that contract for "Yearly Mobile Booth Rentals". This contract is non-refundable.

We do not tolerate or accept any type of chargeback threat or actual chargeback from your credit card company or

payment processor. If a chargeback is placed on a purchase or we receive a chargeback threat during or after your purchase,

we reserve the right to report the incident to all three credit reporting agencies or to any other entity for inclusion in any

chargeback database or for listing as a delinquent account, which could have a negative impact on your credit report score.

The information reported will include your name, email address, order date, order amount, and billing address. Chargeback

abusers wishing to be removed from the database shall make the payment for the amount of the chargeback.

5. Prepayment, Cancellation, No-shows and The Fine Print:

​

By booking with a Supplier, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of that Supplier, and to any additional (delivery) terms and conditions of the Supplier that may apply to your service (including The Fine Print of the Supplier made available on our Platform and the relevant  rules of the Supplier), including for services rendered and/or products offered by the supplier. The general cancellation and no-show policy of each Supplier is made available through the Suppliers information pages.  Applicable cancellation charges may be applied by the Supplier in the event of a no-show. View suppliers terms and conditions. Please check the (appointment) details of your product or service prior to booking your appointment.  Please note that a appointment which requires down payment or  prepayment may be canceled (without a prior notice of default or warning) insofar the relevant (remaining) amount(s) cannot be collected in full on the relevant payment date in accordance with the relevant payment policy of the Supplier and the reservation. Cancellation and prepayment policies may vary according to supplier. Please carefully read the suppliers page for important information and for additional policies as may be applied by the Supplier (e.g. with respect to age requirement, security deposit, non-cancellation. Late payment, wrong bank, debit or credit card details, invalid credit/debit cards or insufficient funds are for your own risk and account and you shall not be entitled to any refund of any (non-refundable) prepaid amount unless the Supplier agrees or allows otherwise under its (pre)payment and cancellation policy.

If you have a late or delayed arrival on your booking date, make sure to (timely/promptly) communicate this with the Supplier so they know when to expect you to avoid cancellation of your appointment charge of the no-show fee.  Hair Everywhere Mobile Salons, INC does not accept any liability or responsibility for the consequences of your delayed arrival or any cancellation or charged no-show fee by the Supplier.

 

7. (Further) Correspondence and Communication:

Hair Everywhere Mobile Salon, INC disclaims any liability or responsibility for any communication with the Supplier on or through its platform. You cannot derive any rights from any request to, or communication with the Supplier or (any form of) acknowledgement of receipt of any communication or request. Hair Everywhere Mobile Salons, INC cannot guarantee that any request or communication will be (duly and timely) received/read by, complied with, executed or accepted by the Supplier.
 

8. Indemnity:

If you as a service supplier and have a dispute with one or more clients, or if you as a client have dispute with one or more service suppliers you release us (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and employees) from claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

We keep in our common database the following information:

• — portable telephone numbers

• — demographic information such as postcode, city and country

• — common client sign in information for easy booking

• — payments and payment dates

 

Each service provider is allocated his/her own listing when he/she registers with us.

 

In this database we collect:

• — Service provider's personal or company information;

• — Information concerning the Booking System setup;

• — Client's bookings data (telephone, email, name);

• — Any data that you may request your clients to fill out.

 

This data belongs only to you and your clients and we do not use this for any purpose.

10. What we do with the information we gather:

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

• — Help you (user) to create a booking website or widget to accept appointments from clients.

• — Present relevant data to you and your clients to help you do business together.

• — We may use the information to improve our products and services.

• — We may periodically send promotional emails about new system enhancements, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.

• — From time to time, we may use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone, fax or mail. We may use the information to customize the website according to your settings.

During registration, the client gets a common login which enables him/her easy booking at yours and any other provider's services but this data is not available to anyone else unless the client also books an appointment with another user. Only data related to registration information then becomes available for the other user but not any information concerning your client's appointments with you.
